1. About Freshnest

Freshnest sells eggs online, including brown eggs, double-yolk eggs, and egg deals. We currently deliver within Karachi, subject to availability in your area.

Throughout these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Freshnest. “You” and “your” refer to anyone using our website or placing an order.

2. Using Our Website

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes and provide accurate information when placing an order or contacting us.

You must not misuse the website, attempt to access it without permission, interfere with its operation, or place false orders.

3. Product Information

We aim to keep product descriptions, prices, and availability accurate.

Eggs are natural products, so shell colour, shape, and appearance may vary. Product images are for illustration, and the eggs or packaging you receive may look slightly different. These differences do not change our responsibility to supply products that match their description.

If you receive an incorrect product or an item that does not match its description, please contact us.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Delivery charges are separate unless stated otherwise. These charges depend on your area and will be shown at checkout or confirmed with you before your order is finalised.

Please use one of the payment methods available at checkout. Any payment requirements will be explained before you confirm your order.

We may update prices and offers from time to time. Price changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.

5. Orders and Confirmation

Please check your selected products, quantities, phone number, and delivery address before placing an order.

An order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your request. Your order remains subject to product availability, delivery coverage, and confirmation by our team.

If a product is unavailable or there is an error in its price or description, we will contact you before proceeding. You may accept the corrected details or cancel the affected items for a refund of any payment made.

We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.

6. Delivery

We currently deliver within Karachi. Orders are normally prepared and delivered within 3 days of confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, public holidays, product availability, or unexpected delays.

Please provide a complete address and an active phone number, and make sure someone is available to receive your order.

If delivery cannot be completed because the address is incorrect or nobody is available, we will contact you. Any additional redelivery charge will be explained and agreed with you beforehand.

7. Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, we do not accept change-of-mind cancellations because eggs are perishable.

If we cannot fulfil an order, we will inform you and refund any payment received for the unavailable items.

This does not affect your ability to request help with damaged, incorrect, or undelivered orders.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges simply because you change your mind after delivery.

However, please contact us if your order arrives with broken, spoiled, missing, or incorrect eggs. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate refund or replacement for the affected items.

Please provide your order details, a description of the issue, and clear photos where possible.

9. Checking and Storing Your Eggs

Please check your order promptly when it arrives and handle the eggs carefully.

Follow any storage guidance provided with your order. We cannot normally offer refunds for damage or spoilage caused by incorrect storage or handling after delivery.

This does not exclude valid complaints about problems that were present when the eggs arrived but were discovered later.

10. Offers and Discounts

Offers, discounts, and promotional deals are subject to any conditions shown with them, including expiry dates and product availability.

Offers cannot be combined unless we specifically state otherwise. Changes to promotions will not affect discounts already applied to accepted orders.

11. Website Content

The Freshnest name, logo, website text, and other content belong to Freshnest or their respective owners.

You must not copy, reproduce, or use this content for commercial purposes without permission from the relevant owner.

12. Personal Information

We use the information you provide to process orders, arrange delivery, and communicate with you.

13. Website Availability and External Links

We aim to keep our website available and accurate, but temporary interruptions or technical errors may occur.

Our website may include links to third-party services. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, which you should review before using them.

We are responsible for supplying the products agreed in your confirmed order and addressing valid complaints about those products or their delivery.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any responsibility or customer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will apply to future orders from the date they are published.

Orders already accepted will remain subject to the terms that applied when they were accepted.

16. Applicable Law and Complaints

These terms are subject to the applicable laws of Pakistan.

If you have a complaint, please contact us with your order details so we can work towards a resolution. This does not prevent you from using any complaint process or remedy available under applicable law.
